Peter Dolan is the founder of Gulf Stream Capital Advisors and head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Services team. He has over 30 years of diverse business experience in investment banking, executive management and public accounting. With Gulf Stream, he has broad expertise in acquisition, investment, divestiture and joint venture transactions in both domestic and international settings. He previously was CEO for two early stage growth companies, including CD Radio, Inc. (now Sirius XM Radio), CFO for a national telecommunications company and a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

John (Jack) Crowley is Senior Advisor to Gulf Stream Capital Advisors. He is a highly regarded business advisor and operating executive working with top industry brands, private equity and family offices in sectors spanning technology, communications, energy, security and health care. Previously, he served as Co-Chairman of Chesapeake Partners, a firm providing Strategic Business Advisory Services to Fortune 500 Companies, mid-market enterprises and international investor groups. He also has held public directorships as well as operating roles at MCI Communications, AT&T and PwC.
